What is the product's application mode? What is the maximum number of units supported in parallel connection?

It is for grid-tied applications only. A maximum of 6 units can be connected in parallel.

What is the maximum charge/discharge power per container?

The maximum charge/discharge power for a single container is 500kW. The configuration can be reduced by using fewer PCS modules. Each power module is rated at 62.5kW.

Regarding IEC 62619, is the non-essential test item 7.3.3 performed?

This section pertains to cell-level testing and is not required at the system level.

Can the battery container color be customized?

The standard color is White (RAL9003, Signal white). Custom colors are possible with extra surcharge.

Is customized branding/logo on the container supported?

Yes. Please inform us in advance after placing the order and provide the logo in AI vector format.

Does it support frequency regulation applications?

In such case, 3rd party EMS and frequency acquisition is needed. When 3rd party EMS sends a dispatch command, Alpha's EMS completes the adjustment in about 1 second. 

What is the product's noise level?

The maximum noise level during full-power operation at a distance of 3 meters is ≤75dB.

How heavy is the battery? We need to calculate the recycling cost.

Each full battery module is  about 340kg, and each half module about 195 kg. One cluster consists of 4 full modules and 1 half module, so total cluster weight is about 1,555 kg.
