How many systems are able to connect in parallel ?

- Pure on-grid condition: up to 50 units in parallel

Is isolation transformer required ?

Isolation transformer is not required for this product

Are there any on‑site requirements for the installation of STORION-LC-TB125 ?

If the ground at the installation site is uneven or there is a risk of standing water, it is recommended that a foundation be installed.The outlet of the StORION-LC-TB125 is 
located underneath the cabinet, so it is recommended that the foundation be constructed with a pre-drilled wireway.

What are the battery storage requirements ?

Please make sure that the temperature and humidity of the storage environment are in the correct range according to the requirements in the manual. The product should be stored away from heat sources and flammable and explosive materials.

What if I need a longer warranty of STORION-LC-TB125?

AlphaESS can offer longer warranties, so if you need, please contact AlphaESS.

Which monitoring interfaces are available for integrating with our system?

Currently, users are able to monitor and operate their systems by Alpha Cloud platform and APP. If necessary, we can provide Modbus TCP and API documents to integrate with the third-party platform.
